Roast Chicken
If I could have my way, we would eat a roast dinner every week. Not very involving, plenty of leftovers. Out of two chickens I can make four family meals.
Rissole and Boiled Buckwheat
Once upon a time a mixed a chicken and beef mince, it turned up very nice indeed. Accidental discovery found a permanent place in my kitchen. Approximate ratio is 2 parts of beef to 1 part of chicken. Further experiments showed, that turkey mince won’t do.
Just Another Roast
Dry marinated chicken pieces (garlic, coriander, sumac), potato roasted raw (without boiling to half-cooked stage) with rosemary garlic, salt and oil. Salad dressed with orange juice.
