Breakfast for a month

Home made granola.

2 C oats
0.5 C toasted almonds
0.5 C walnuts
0.25 C toasted sunflower seeds
0.25 C  wheat germ
0.25 C sesame seeds
0.25 C flax seeds
0.25 C desiccated coconut
1 t cinnamon
1 t sea
0.6 C honey
0.25 C vegetable oil
0.25 C flax-seed oil
0.25 C dry cranberries
0.25 C dried apricots
0.25 C dried cherries

1. Preheat oven to 170C
2. Mix all ingredients except for fruit,  drizzle with oil and then honey (the oil helps the honey pour from the cup)
3. Roast for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes, so that batch evenly.
4. Add fruit when the granola has finished cooking.
